PETNET Inc., once again proved its world-class Quality Management System after receiving the continued certification to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems awarded on March 5, 2019 by Certification International Philippines, Inc. (CIPI).
With the collective efforts of the entire company to meet quality objectives, ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, and compliance to PETNET’s policies and processes, CIPI confirmed the company’s maintained Quality Management System in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
“This milestone is not just for our people but for the community we serve. Through these certifications, we are certain that we are providing quality services that enable communities to prosper,” PETNET Chief Operating Officer Elba Gacutan said.
CIPI approved the company’s continued certification as a result of its first surveillance audit last January 2019.
PETNET got certified to the ISO Quality Management Standard in January 2018. The financial services firm is scheduled for the second surveillance audit later this year to assess the company’s continued compliance to the standards.
ISO 9001:2015 is a Quality Management System Standard which can be used by any organization regardless of its size and field of activity. This Standard focuses on the business’s number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation & implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. Overall, it helps businesses provide consistent and good quality products and services to their customers.
