How do I buy load and game credits in the Pera Hub Mobile App?

STEP 1 – Tap BUY LOAD or BUY GAME CREDITS in the midsection of the dashboard.

STEP 2 – Enter the mobile number you wish to buy load or game credits for and tap NEXT. Alternatively, you may tap SELECT FROM CONTACTS to choose a mobile number from your phonebook or saved contacts.

STEP 3 – Choose your desired load or game credit provider.

STEP 4 – Review the inputted information and tap BUY LOAD to confirm your purchase.

STEP 5 – Enter the correct OTP sent to your registered mobile number to complete your transaction.

How do I save a contact for future sending of load or game credits?

STEP 1 – When entering your receiver’s mobile number, tap SELECT FROM CONTACTS in the midsection of the screen.

STEP 2 – Tap MY CONTACTS and tap the ADD CONTACT symbol in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

STEP 3 – Enter the name and mobile number of your receiver and tap SAVE.

How do I view my load and game credit transactions?

You may view your past load and game credit transactions in the main dashboard under LATEST TRANSACTIONS. You may also tap VIEW MORE to expand your transaction history to see a comprehensive list of your past transactions, including load and game credit purchases.

Is there a transaction limit for buy load and game credits?

The Buy Load and Game Credits limit per transaction is Php 5,000.00 and the maximum amount per day is Php 6,000.00 while the maximum amount per month is Php 10,000.00 cumulative.
