Yes, you can transfer funds to other banks using the PERA HUB Mobile App Interbank Fund Transfer service (IBFT) via Instapay.

How do I transfer money from my PERA HUB Account to other banks?

An Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) can be done in just 4-steps:

Step 1 - Tap BANK TRANSFER in the midsection of the dashboard. Alternatively, you may tap SEND MONEY and choose OTHER BANKS OR E-WALLETS as your transfer method.

Step 2 - Provide the receiver information below and tap NEXT once completed:

Step 3 - Review your nominated information and tap CONFIRM TRANSFER.

Is there a Service Fee?

Yes, a Service Fee is Php15 for every successful Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT).

Is there a limit to the amount I can transfer?

Yes, the maximum Interfund Fund Transfer (IBFT) is Php20,000 per transaction, and a limit of Php 50,000 per day, while the maximum amount per month is Php 100,000.00 cumulative.

When will the funds be credited to the receiver’s bank account?

Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) transactions are credited to the receiver’s bank account in real-time.

Can I transfer funds to overseas banks / bank accounts?

No. Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT) transactions are only available for PHP fund transfers between InstaPay participating banks in the Philippines.

I see a Scan QR Code button in the PERA HUB Mobile App. Can I use this to perform Interbank Fund Transfer?

No. The QR Code can only be used for PERA HUB to PERA HUB (P2P) transfers.

How do I schedule a transfer in the PERA HUB Mobile App?

A Scheduled Transfer can easily be done by following the following easy steps.

Step 1 - Tap SEND MONEY found in the midsection of the dashboard.

Step 2 - Tap MY SCHEDULED TRANSFER in the bottom part of the screen.

Step 3 - Tap the PLUS ICON to add a new scheduled transfer.

Step 4 - Specify your transfer type. Select either:

PERA HUB to PERA HUB (P2P) or
Other Bank / eWallet (IBFT)

Step 5 - Provide the receiver’s information. Information requested.

Step 6 - Finalize your transfer schedule by providing information below and tapping NEXT once accomplished:

Frequency (Weekly or Monthly)
Day of the Week / Month
Start Date
End Date
Time

Step 7 - Review your nominated information and tap CONFIRM SCHEDULED TRANSFER.

Step 8 - Enter the correct One-Time-Password (OTP) to complete your Scheduled Transfer.

How will I know if my Scheduled Transfer is confirmed?

You may validate if the Scheduled Transfer was successfully saved by referring to MY SCHEDULED TRANSFER page of your PERA HUB Mobile App.

Can I edit or delete my Scheduled Transfers?

Yes. An EDIT button is available for any future modifications you may need to perform. You will need to re-enter a One-Time-Password (OTP) for any such modification made on your saved Scheduled Transfer.

Will I be reminded of my Scheduled Transfers?

Yes. You will be reminded of your upcoming Scheduled Transfer at least Two (2) days before the actual intended transaction via In-App Notification as well as an email sent to your designated email address.

What will happen if my account balance is insufficient to fund my Scheduled Transfer?

Your Scheduled Transfer will be cancelled on the actual transaction date, however, your future Scheduled Transfers will still push through granted that your account has been funded accordingly. Cash-In at the nearest PERA HUB Branch or any of our partner Cash-In centers to ensure the success of your succeeding scheduled transfers.

How will I know that my Scheduled Transfer actually consummated?

Both you and your receiver will be notified of the successful Scheduled Transfer through a Transaction Confirmation sent via email.

What is the Add Contact feature?

Add Contact feature means saving the Account details of your nominated frequent recipients or marking them as favorites.

How do I add a contact?

Adding contacts can easily be done by following the easy steps below.

Step 1 - Tap SEND MONEY in the midsection of the dashboard.

Step 2 - Tap MY CONTACTS in the bottom part of the screen.

Step 3 - Tap the ADD CONTACT ICON and select the applicable TRANSFER TYPE for your contact:

WESTERN UNION (Remittances)
PERA HUB Account (P2P)
OTHER BANKS (IBFT)

Step 4 - Provide the receiver’s information. Information requested will be based on the specified transfer type.

Step 5 - Tap SAVE to complete Adding a Contact.

How do I select an added contact when sending money?

When completing the receiver’s information in your send money transaction, tap SELECT from List to display your added contacts. Select your preferred contact to auto-populate the receiver information.

Where can I see my added contacts?

Tap SEND MONEY and then MY CONTACTS to view your added contacts.

Can I edit or delete my added contacts?

Yes, you may update your saved contacts by adding or deleting anytime, anywhere.
