1.The promo is open to all PERA HUB customers who updated their information and have signed up for the NEW data consent form from September 1 - October 31, 2023.

2.The customer must update the details on the list below and affix their signature on the NEW data consent form to earn 1 electronic raffle entry.

3. There will be 10 winners per draw with the following participating merchant partners:

a. Puregold

b. SM Supermarket

c. Robinson’s Supermarket

d. Shopwise

4. A participant can only win once during the promo duration.

5. Employees of PETNET, Inc, (PERA HUB) including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

6. Winners will be notified via a call from the Customer Service team of PERA HUB and will be announced on PERA HUB’s Facebook Page. Winners will also be notified through a personal message via SMS message.

7.The winner will receive their prize via SMS through their registered mobile number.

8.Winners will be given 60 days upon receipt of notification to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited with prior approval of DTI.
